We started My Black Dog Press because we love art, words, and connection. Because the world needs more things you can hold in your hands, experience through your senses, and pass on to your loved ones. In an age where nearly everything is consumed through a screen, there is something irreplaceable and intimate about ink on paper … the warmth of it, the weight, the texture.
Some things deserve to be felt.
We are beginning this journey by seeking out art that speaks to us and artists who are interested in getting their work into people’s lives. Through publishing greeting cards and fine art prints we are excited to support these artists and enrich the lives of our customers.

Our Papers
Every printing application deserves the right surface to display it. Our standard fine art prints and special-edition cards are made by giclée process on museum-grade, 100% cotton archival paper. We chose three papers from the ARCHES® and Canson Infinity lines to offer our stocked prints on: the gentle texture of Aquarelle Rag, the clean matte of Arches 88, and the luminous satin of Platine Fibre Rag. All three are acid-free, OBA-free, and rated for centuries of permanence.
