Shipping policy

Every print is made when it is ordered. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which means your piece

takes a few days longer to reach you and arrives in better condition than it otherwise would.

**Making time.** Orders are printed, inspected, numbered and packed within 5 to 7 business days.

Greeting cards usually leave sooner.

**How it travels.** Prints up to 11 × 14" ship flat, sleeved and backed with a stiffener in a rigid mailer.

Larger prints are rolled in a sleeve and sent in a sturdy tube. Cards ship flat in a rigid mailer.

Everything goes by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, which you'll receive by email the moment

the label is made.

**What it costs.**

Each is a flat rate, however many pieces are in the order. An order with both small and large

pieces pays both.

**Where we ship.** The United States, for now. If you are elsewhere and want a piece,

write to chief@myblackdogpress.com and we will work it out.

**Larger and custom work.** Prints beyond the sizes listed are made to order and quoted individually,

shipping included. Write to us and tell us what you have in mind.

**If it arrives damaged.** Photograph the package and the piece before you unwrap anything further,

and send the pictures to chief@myblackdogpress.com. We will remake and resend it. You keep the

damaged one or recycle it — we won't ask for it back.
