Refund policy

**Returns and exchanges are not accepted.** Every piece is printed, numbered and packed for the

person who ordered it, so nothing is made in advance and nothing can be resold.

**If something is wrong with your order, write to us.** Damaged in transit, a flaw in the printing,

the wrong size or paper in the box — that is our mistake and we will put it right. Photograph the

package and the piece before you unwrap anything further, send the pictures to

chief@myblackdogpress.com, and we will remake and resend at our cost. The piece itself does not

need to come back.

**Before you order**, tell us if you are unsure which size suits your wall or which paper suits the

image. We would far rather answer that question first than have you end up with the wrong piece.
